Main Street Christmas Lights

Commercial Christmas Tree Lighting, Dallas and Fort Worth

Designed, not decorated. We light commercial properties across Dallas Fort Worth and handle every step from the first walkthrough to the last box in storage.

Main Street Christmas Lights is a commercial Christmas lighting company serving Dallas Fort Worth and a 50 mile radius. We design, install, service, remove and store lighting for retail centres, hotels, country clubs, campuses and downtown districts. One vendor, one plan, from design through takedown.

The brand is new. The company behind it is not: the crews, equipment and scheduling come from Lone Star Irrigation, an established outdoor services company working the same metroplex year round. Why that matters in February.

Why properties do this

December decides where people spend their evenings

A lit property is the one people drive toward, park at and stay longer in. An unlit one is the shortcut they take to get somewhere else. For retail and mixed use that difference shows up in dwell time. For hotels and clubs it shows up in how the season feels to guests and members.

The risk is not the design. It is the vendor. Every property manager we talk to has a story about a display that went half dark on the twelfth and a phone number that stopped answering. That is the problem we built this company to solve: one plan, one point of contact, and a crew that is still around in February.

Design through takedown

One vendor, one plan, five steps

Turnkey is not a slogan here. It is the scope. You approve a design and a date, and everything after that is ours to run.

  1. Design

We walk the property after dark, photograph what matters, and come back with a plan drawn to the building rather than a bulb count.

  2. Install

Safety trained crews mount everything with no-puncture methods, working to a scheduled date you can hold your tenants to.

  3. Maintain

We monitor the display through the season. If a section goes dark in December, that is our problem, not yours.

  4. Take down

Everything comes down in January on a scheduled date, with the property left as we found it.

  5. Store

The display goes back to our warehouse, not your maintenance closet. It is inventoried and ready for next season.

Booking the season

Commercial decisions happen in September and October

Budgets get approved in early autumn, design and material ordering follow, and installations run through November so displays are lit for the first week of December. Installations are booking into November.

If you are reading this later in the season, it is still worth a call. Scope can usually be adjusted to the time remaining, and starting the conversation now puts your property at the front of next year's design calendar.

Commercial buyer questions

The questions property managers ask before they put a lighting vendor in front of ownership.

Do you work with commercial properties only?

Yes. Main Street Christmas Lights is a commercial and municipal lighting company. We design for retail centres, hotels, country clubs, healthcare and corporate campuses, entertainment districts and downtown streetscapes across Dallas Fort Worth.

Do we buy the lights or lease them?

For seasonal work you lease the display. We own the materials, install them for the season, service them through December, then remove and store everything. Nothing sits in your maintenance closet in February. Permanent lighting works differently: that system is installed on the building and stays.

What happens if a section goes dark in the middle of December?

You call us and we come out. In-season service is part of every seasonal agreement, not an extra. A dark section on your property is our problem to fix, not something you should be managing during your busiest month.

How large a property can you handle?

From a single storefront to an entire downtown. The same crews, equipment and scheduling that run our sister company Lone Star Irrigation are behind this brand, so scale is a matter of planning rather than capacity.

When should a commercial property start the conversation?

September and October. Commercial budgets get approved in that window, design and material ordering happen next, and installations run through November so displays are lit for the first week of December. Later requests are often still possible, but the design options narrow.

Are your crews insured for work at height?

Yes. Crews are safety trained for work at height and the company carries commercial liability insurance. We can provide a current certificate of insurance for your property file before any work is scheduled.

Let's walk your property

We look at the building after dark, talk through what it could be, and come back with a design and a number. No obligation and no pressure.
