Roofline and entrance lighting gives the property its outline after dark. It is the base layer almost every scheme starts from.

Wrapping gives depth that roofline lighting cannot, and it is what turns a lit building into a lit property.

If the roofline gets lit annually anyway, a permanent system removes the yearly install and adds every other night of the year.

Whichever service lines a property buys, the arc is identical and there is one point of contact for all of it.
Design
A night walkthrough, then a written plan drawn to the property rather than to a bulb count.
Install
Safety trained crews, no-puncture mounting, on a scheduled date you can hold your tenants to.
Maintain
In-season monitoring and service response through December, included in the agreement.
Take down
Scheduled January removal, with the property left as we found it.
Store
Everything inventoried in our warehouse, not in your maintenance closet.
Questions about scope and coverage
Can we combine more than one service?
Most properties do. Roofline lighting and tree wrapping together is the most common pairing, often with a display tree at the entrance or in the lobby. Designing them together at the same walkthrough is what keeps the property reading as one scheme rather than three separate purchases.
Is everything leased, or do we buy anything?
Seasonal work is leased: we own the materials, install them, service them and take them back in January. Permanent lighting is the exception, because that system is installed on the building and belongs to the property.
Do you handle residential properties?
No. Main Street Christmas Lights is a commercial and municipal lighting company. Our crews, materials and scheduling are built around retail centres, hotels, campuses, clubs and downtown districts.
How far do you travel?
Across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and a 50 mile radius, anchored in Fort Worth. That covers Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, Grapevine, Southlake and the surrounding suburbs.
What does a walkthrough involve?
We visit the property, usually after dark, look at the elevations and the landscape, and talk through what the season needs to accomplish. It takes about an hour, there is no charge, and you get a written design and quote afterwards.
One walkthrough covers all four
We look at the building, the trees and the spaces in between, then come back with a design that treats them as one property.
