Commercial Christmas lights
Rooflines, entrances and architectural features on Dallas commercial properties.
Main Street Christmas Lights designs and installs commercial Christmas lighting for Dallas properties: rooflines, entrances, landscape trees and display trees. We handle design, installation, in-season service, takedown and storage, working across Dallas and the surrounding suburbs from a Fort Worth base.
Working in Dallas
Dallas commercial properties tend to be larger, newer and more brand conscious than the metroplex average, and the lighting has to match that. A corporate campus in North Dallas or a mixed use development in Uptown is not looking for the same scheme as a historic downtown block, and the design conversation starts from the architecture rather than from a catalogue.
Scale is the other difference. Dallas properties more often want a whole site lit at once: the building, the parking islands, the entrance drive and a display tree in the plaza, all designed together. That is the work we are set up for, because one design and one crew covering the whole property is what stops it looking like three vendors turned up in separate weeks.
We are based in Fort Worth and work Dallas as an equal part of the service area, not an afterthought. The 50 mile radius from our Fort Worth address covers the city and the northern suburbs comfortably.

Yes, equally. We are based in Fort Worth and treat Dallas as a core part of the service area rather than an outer edge of it. Our 50 mile service radius covers Dallas, the northern suburbs and the corridor between the two cities.

Yes, and that is the work we prefer. Designing the buildings, the landscape trees, the entrance and any display trees together is what makes a large site read as one property after dark instead of a set of separately lit pieces.
Yes. Most of the retail we light never closes. We schedule around trading hours, work in sections rather than closing large areas, and keep walkways and parking rows open through installation.
September and October, when commercial budgets are approved. Design and material ordering follow, and installations run through November so the property is lit for the first week of December.
We look at the building after dark, talk through what the season needs to accomplish, and come back with a design and a number.
